Dan Kim founded Top Tier Volleyball Club in October 2021 with a vision to build a premier, player-first competitive program. His coaching resume spans over a decade at both the scholastic and elite club levels.

Dan began his career at Livingston High School as a Boys Assistant Coach in 2011, eventually being appointed Head Coach for both the Boys and Girls programs in 2017. On the club circuit, Dan coached with Atlantic Valley Volleyball Club from 2010 through 2019 before taking over the 18s program at Sureshots Volleyball. Under his leadership, that squad captured 1st place in the 18 American Division at the Northeast Qualifier (NEQ), earning a prestigious bid to the USAV Girls Junior National Championships.

Known for his strategic mindset and dedication to athlete growth, Dan specializes in building high-performing team dynamics and utilizing his vast network in the volleyball community to advance his players' athletic careers.
