Our primary training facility is the Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy (JKHA) at 110 S Orange Ave, Livingston, NJ 07039.

Season Timeline: Mid-November through mid-June (following the NJ High School Girls season).
Weekly Schedule: Practices run Monday–Thursday. Specific days depend on team assignment.
Time Slots:
- Younger Age Groups: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Older Age Groups: 7:45 PM – 9:45 PM
Travel Team Commitment: Two weeknight practices plus one weekend session (schedule permitting).
