Finding Your Fit
Girls "Select" Teams (Highest Level)
Commitment: Extended Season (Nov '26 - Jun '27)
Cost: $6,340
Roster: 10–12 players
Travel: High (Multi-state / Air travel)
Tournaments: 8-9 overnight
Training: 2–3x weekly
Girls "National" Teams (Competitive)
Commitment: Full Season (Nov '26 - May '27)
Cost: $4,750
Roster: 10–12 players
Travel: Moderate (Regional / Tri-State)
Tournaments: 5-6 overnight
Training: 2x weekly

Should My Athlete Play by Age or by Grade?
At Top Tier, we prioritize Graduation Year over birth year for one primary reason: The College Recruiting Timeline.
College coaches recruit by graduation class. Competing with your school-grade peers ensures your "recruiting clock" and exposure align perfectly with the collegiate calendar. We want you seen by the right coaches at the exact right time.
Can I Play Up or Down?
We start where the fit is most logical for your long-term future. However, we know every athlete’s journey is unique. If you feel a different age group is necessary due to skill level or specific age-cutoffs, we are always open to a conversation. We want to work with you to make the absolute best decision for your athlete’s growth.
