• Dan Kim

    Director

    Dan has coached for club volleyball teams since 2009 and at Livingston High School since 2010. He has his USA Volleyball CAP I Certification, and Gold Medal Squared Coaches Clinic Certification. Dan has been on the Coaching Staff of two teams that have earned bids to the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championship (most recently, 2020 NEQ, 18U American Division). He currently is the Head Coach for Girls’ Varsity and Boys’ Varsity at Livingston High School.

  • Maya Barton

    18u Head Coach

    Maya started her volleyball career at Bloomfield High School. A middle blocker by trade, her 16U and 17U club teams earned back-to-back bids to the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships. Maya then went on to play at La Salle University (D1, A-10 Conference) graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication.

    She is currently the Varsity Head Coach of the girl’s volleyball team at Mount Saint Dominic Academy in Caldwell.

  • John Chang

    17u Head Coach

    John has been a coach in the NJ Volleyball Community at multiple levels (High School, College, Club) since 2005. A recipient of Skyline Coach of the Year, as well as a CACC Coach of the Year, his most recent stint was with Felician University Womens Volleyball.

    Currently, John is the Head Coach for the West Orange High School Girls’ Volleyball program.

  • Mike Scheuermann

    16u Associate Head Coach

    Mike started his playing career at Roselle Catholic where he received Third Team All-State Honors in 2011. He continued at Kean University where his team impressively won three conference titles in a row. He currently is the Assistant Coach for Boys Volleyball at St. Joe's in Metuchen. Mike is an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Echo Lake Country Club.

  • Eddie Stawinski

    14u Head Coach

    Eddie is entering his 13th season as the Head Coach of the Montclair State Volleyball program. Under his lead, MSU has an NJAC Championship (2016), as well as multiple players receiving AVCA All-Region & All-American Honors. Prior to MSU, Stawinski was the Head Coach for the Men’s program at the University of New Haven and an Assistant Coach for the Women’s program at UCONN. As a player, Eddie has won two DIII National Championships at Springfield College, a professional career with the Caribes de San Sebastian team in the Puerto Rico Superior League.

  • Jordan Robinson

    18u Assistant Coach

    Jordan is currently the Head Coach of the NJCU Women’s Volleyball program. The Pennsylvania native now plays professionally for the Philadelphia Founders (NVA). Prior to NJCU, as a coach, he was an Assistant Coach at Holy Family University (DII) and Alvernia University (DIII). Prior to his coaching career, Jordan competed for Springfield College, where he won a National Championship (DIII) in 2012, and was runner-up the prior year in 2011.

  • Jim Findura

    18u Assistant Coach

    Jim’s passion for volleyball has driven him in the sport for over 30 years as a player, coach, and official. He played his first GEVA event in 1996 and won medals at Nationals in 1998 & 2007.

    Jim is also a men’s & women’s collegiate line judge. Fun Fact: Jim's line judge rating has allowed him to work the 2021 & 2022 Men’s NCAA D1 National Championship tournaments, including the finals.

  • Rick Gajewski

    Advisor

    Rick joins the Top Tier VC team as an advisor to help structure the foundation of our club. A former Club Director at Atlantic Valley Volleyball Club, he was also asked to provide counsel to multiple clubs in GEVA. He enjoys teeing it up at the golf course and volunteers at a local food pantry.

  • John Titus

    Registration & Compliance

    Titus served as the Head Volleyball Coach at Caldwell University for eight years. He is now the Associate Director for Sports Development with GEVA; special projects within the USA Volleyball pipeline include sitting/adaptive play, High Performance, National/Regional team development programs, and professional development of coaches. He continues his love of the classroom by entering his 18th year of teaching in the Rockaway Township School system.

  • In Loving Memory, Bella Giacobbe

    Bella Giacobbe passed away unexpectedly on September 24, 2022. She loved the sport, loved the people, and gave back to the game. Within every organization or affiliation she had, along came an infectious personality that was able to relate and get along with anyone.

    Our condolences are with the Giacobbe Family & Friends and hope we can respectfully honor her life through the sport.
