Uzi Ijoma serves as the Head Coach for Top Tier VC’s 16 Select team, bringing high-level collegiate playing experience and a proven track record of player development to the program.

A decorated athlete, Coach Uzi played NCAA Division I volleyball at the University of Hartford in the America East Conference. Her high school career at Westfield High School was equally distinguished, leading her team to a 2017 Union County Conference (UCC) Tournament Championship, earning NJ.com All-State honors, and competing on the national stage as a two-time USAV Girls Junior National Championship (GJNC) Qualifier.

On the sidelines, Uzi has dedicated over five years to developing youth and foundational talent across Union County. Her transition into competitive club leadership was immediate and impactful—in her inaugural season as a Top Tier Head Coach, she guided her squad to top-half finishes in every single division and tournament they entered.
