Paolo Samin serves as the Head Coach for Top Tier VC’s 15 Select team, bringing high-level Division I playing experience and extensive regional coaching credentials to the program.

A standout product of the New Jersey volleyball pipeline, Coach Paolo was a three-time All-State selection at St. Peter’s Prep before advancing to compete at the NCAA Division I level for the Sacred Heart University Men’s Volleyball team.

Paolo’s coaching career spans both club and clinic environments across the Northeast. He spent three successful seasons leading competitive club teams in Connecticut before returning home to New Jersey. Deeply committed to athlete development, Paolo has also served for over eight seasons as a Court Coach for the prestigious Maria Nolan’s Volleyball Camp, giving back to and shaping the next generation of local talent.
