While we will not be fielding a 15-1 team this season, we strongly encourage 15U athletes to try out for our 16-1 team to see if playing up is the right competitive fit.

General Team Info
Commitment: Regular Season (September 2026 - March 2027)
Postseason (Optional, June 2027): 8 practices, entry into AAU Nationals
Cost: $4000 regular season, $440 postseason
Roster Size: 10-12
Travel: High (Multi-state/Air)
Training: 2x weekly

Designed for the athlete whose primary goal is to play at the next level. This program offers the highest volume of training, a rigorous national travel schedule, and comprehensive recruiting support. Expect high-intensity sessions and exposure to the top collegiate programs in the country.

Should My Athlete Play by Age or by Grade?
At Top Tier, we prioritize Graduation Year over birth year for one primary reason: The College Recruiting Timeline.
College coaches recruit by graduation class. Competing with your school-grade peers ensures your "recruiting clock" and exposure align perfectly with the collegiate calendar. We want you seen by the right coaches at the exact right time.
Can I Play Up or Down?
We start where the fit is most logical for your long-term future. However, we know every athlete’s journey is unique. If you feel a different age group is necessary due to skill level or specific age-cutoffs, we are always open to a conversation. We want to work with you to make the absolute best decision for your athlete’s growth.
